Description
Recycling thrash all over the Thelma Rd. It is coming from the recycling bins from the house 48 Train St on the corner of Train St and Thelma Rd. It happens all the time when there is a little wind and the bins must blow over. Thelma Rd is strewn with cans and garbage.
