- There is an extensive issue with RATS at 501 East 5th Street. The owners are not properly exterminating. The rats are now burrowing down and into the side wall on Henderson Way. I live at 496 East 6th and the rats are now in my yard. I have hired and exterminator and taking all necessary actions at my own expense. I had a dead rat in yard on Friday. Please investigate as soon as possible. This is absolutely unacceptable. Thanks, Kit Kelly
