- Constituent reports multiple issues in their apartment that they wanted inspected. Constituent states that when it rains out, parts of the ceiling collapse and fall to the floor. Similarly, whenever it rains, water gets into the unit around the windows, even when the windows are fully closed. In addition to this, the walls have clear internal damage, where pressing on them will immediately form holes.
