- The sidewalk in front of the Star Market is broken and always filled with water. It is a health hazard. I often see rodents running from the Star Market trash bins feeding on the water, while pedestrians navigate this hazard. This water fills up the ramp too, so this is NOT ADA compliant. I have also seen rude drivers intentionally drive into the puddle and splash pedestrians. Please have this fixed immediately.
