- Cars, trucks, and vans park every day on the sidewalk on William Cardinal O’Connell Way forcing pedestrians on the street to walk by. I have seen people walk and slip on the ice on the road and almost get hit by cars going by. Really need to address this before someone gets hurt. Come by any time in the morning between nine and 11 and see for yourself.
