- Construction lifts completely blocking/impeding sidewalk access. Especially for individuals with disabilities. Along side of 211 Congress st, Matthew st. Between Congress and Federal st on Matthew st. This is ridiculous, ongoing issue. Clearly CEP ticketing them isn't working. City should remove lifts as it's a pedestrian safety issue.
