- Construction at Mt. Benedict Cemetery (409 Corey Street, West Roxbury) is impacting neighbors. The first photo (5755) shows the visual proximity to our condominiums. Issues include the loud noise of construction equipment and trucks/tractors (will be ongoing), plus the visual component where many units overlook the cement block walls, tractors, trucks, etc.. Both will have a significant impact on quality of life, and resale values. Should Mt Benedict Cemetery have gone through a planning/zoning review and notification process prior to doing this work and impacting their neighbors? As far as I can tell no review or approval process took place, and these was no notification of our Association prior to the work commencing.
