Re: Street Cleaning Sign Clearance -North End -Injury I cut my forehead yesterday on a sign in the north end, as it did not meet the city's mandatory safety standards. In Boston, I believe all official regulatory signs are required to have a specific vertical clearance to prevent such accidents. The incident happened at Harris St at Hanover St. The bottom of the sign is lower than 5.5ft from the ground. Please see photos.
