Car STILL hasn’t moved. WHITE HONDA ACCORD MA 3YV346 SECOND request to have it ticketed. Car has been sitting here since Saturday. Driver got into an Uber and has not returned. MAYBE he abandoned it - not a neighbor, checked that already! Please send BTD to cite the car or even better tow it!
