- Every morning, at almost any point in the morning, parents drop off kids at Little Sprouts. The parents park in a no stopping lane in front of Little Sprouts. When they park in the travel lane turns a high traffic two-lane road into a congested one-lane road. It backs up for several blocks as a result. I’ve never once seen enforcement person here. Please go fix this problem, talk to the business.
