- Yesterday I had a missed trash pickup. I called 311, and they told me to leave the trash cans on the curb for pickup. When I woke up this morning, the trash cans were gone, not just the trash, but both trash cans were gone. I don't see a reason why they would take both cans away. They were in good condition and didn't violate any conditions. Why were they taken away and can they be returned?
