- 2 HUGE RATS - BROAD DAYLIGHT - BEACON HILL . It’s trash day but I know they’re here all the time. This was on revere street about two blocks from Charles. The trash issue is out of hand and needs a solution. The richest neighborhood in boston and the trash is laying in bags on the street…….This is seriously disgusting. It’s a health hazard and pets (and honestly humans) are not safe.
