- Small homeless population always drinking at footpath bridge behind Kelly's liquors clothes bedding all under trash and cans everywhere they are loud and boisterous drunks and none of the women feel safe in our walking group I've lived nearby for 20 years and I'd like to enjoy my neighborhood walks
