Contractors are digging and excavating very loudly and did not post any permits until last night. The sidewalk was spraypainted weeks ago but there was no notification about the work going on. Constituent runs a day spa and is now going to take a financial hit due to the noise disturbance caused by this work. Had the constituent known that the work was going to happen they would have scheduled accordingly.]
