Pothole

Description: The street inside the entrance to Fairview Cemetery in Hyde Park at 45 Fairview Ave needs to be paved. I only selected "Pothole" as the category for this report submission because the other option was "Sidewalk" and that is not applicable. The issue is not with the entrance leading into the cemetery but the street itself immediately from entering the cemetery through the front gates. There are numerous areas of broken pavement on both sides of the street as you immediately enter and exit the cemetery. This is the street that leads to the business office building as soon as you enter the cemetery property. I spoke to Zoe Petty at the HP Liaison office hours this morning and she recommended I submit this report.
