- Encampment on esplanade. Has been there over a week. Just over bridge to the Charles side of the esplanade at Exeter st. Man came out and chased away people trying to sit on bench near the lagoon pond. Unsafe. Also another encampment under the stairs by the footbridge near the beacon hill Boathouse. This has been there for weeks. Why is this not being patrolled. Was a huge issue all last spring summer and fall
