- Requesting housing inspection for ongoing water intrusion and possible mold issue. There was previously black mold and mushrooms growing inside my apartment wall. Management removed part of the wall, but the source of the leak has not been identified. The wall has remained open since April 20 and there is a persistent musty odor. Additionally, my bedroom floor was previously removed and repaired due to a slow water leak from an unknown source. I am concerned there is still unresolved moisture and possible mold in the unit, and that it may be affecting our health.
