- Rodent sighting at 21-23 Centre st, Roxbury MA. There's been an ongoing rodent issue at this building and the adjacent buildings around it. Cruz Management refuses to handle the situation correctly! They'd rather throw a bandaid on the problem which creates more problems. There are also issues with birds, nests, and other animals crawling in holes that Cruz refuses to fix.
