- Unacceptable yard conditions. Damaged properties and city post. Owner doesn’t live at the residence and no tenants. Cited many times only to chop down vegetation and left behind are dry leaves without removing vines hanging on other properties and our roof is damaged. Potential fire hazard and more. Attaching panoramic picture to show extensive property damage. Unacceptable from property owner and negligent. Demanding thorough investigation and assess fines everyday. Reported property directly to city officials to step up and address hazards.
