- The question regarding this construction site is this: Is there a specific schedule mandated by the State of East Boston that requires them to stop working? They continue working—and making noise—right up until six o'clock in the evening; are they actually permitted to keep going until 6:00 PM? Between 61 and 53 Lexington street east Boston 02128. Many neighbors are upset about this and so am I only because some of us have to sleep early for work or work overnight shifts. Etc . We also find a lot screws and nails on the ground. This neighborhood has pets and also children walking around. They do not clean it up. I have cleaned up because I have pets and children and it can be dangerous.
