Description: 6:52 am and Bruce Irving's dog's are dropping hard objects on the floor waking me out of my sleep. The Animal Control officer Micheal Stern Badge #107 that came and old me to record it but it is so sporadic there is no way for me to record it. I am asking for this to be resolved. It has been going on for far to long with no resolution. The property will not comply and I am on active litigation with them. There has to be a way to get him and his resident to comply with the noise ordinance in the city. A person shpuld not have the power to make someone else’s life difficult when there are laws and ordinances in place to protect them. I have already been in touch with the State Senator an State Representative for the Brighton area.
