Description: There is a high pitched alarm going off every morning for several hours somewhere in the Monument area of Charlestown (usually starting around 5am and continuing until 8am or a little later). The sound echos so it is hard to pinpoint where it i. It can be heard from High Street to between Bartlett and Bunker Hill and between the Monument and School Street.
