- Constituent says this open barrel is near the entrance of his restaurant, all the neighbors throw their trash in it and rats have been jumping in and out and scaring customers at the restaurant. Requests that it is removed, moved, or replaced with a closed barrel (like the Big Belly ones). The smell is additionally so bad because the barrel is overfilled by neighbors walking dogs and everything.
