per PWD Near the water box ,near said location,this is all.i found send to.water and sewer to.cut out or patch ,unless there is something else under a car ::spot:: Constituent states there is a sinkhole forming at this address near the CB and water box. Says it has been steadily dipping over the last year, it is now about a foot and a half deep.
