- Second Clogged Catch Basin (Same Street Commonwealth Terrace) I recently submitted a report for one catch basin on this street, but I am writing to report a second storm drain on the same block that also requires urgent cleaning. This specific basin is almost never serviced because there is consistently a vehicle parked directly over the grate, making it inaccessible for maintenance equipment. Because of this persistent access issue, the drain is severely clogged and cannot handle runoff. Please advise if temporary "No Parking" signage or street markings can be used to ensure the vacuum truck can reach and clear this basin..
