Description: More cars illegally parked in the no stopping anytime tow zone lane. This is really dangerous for cars turning right from Mass Ave onto Harrison as well as for pedestrians trying to cross Harrison at E Springfield. Clearly the signs were put there for a reason but it's never enforced. Does someone need to be hit by a car and killed before the city takes note? This is insane. When someone is hit at this intersection I hope there's a record of the complaints and the city's lack of action to enforce the existing signage
