Description: Isn't it 311’s job to forward reports to the correct dept?! Did someone actually see a report on 311 and respond that we are meant to call public works instead of reporting to 311? The whole point is to have a PUBLIC record. There is construction happening at this address without a POSTED permit: see photos and multiple reports.
