Description
Trash hasn’t been taken out for weeks. Property is vacant. Blue bin too heavy for me to help out but I did manage to take out the broken cat tree and smaller grey bin. The blue bin smells and the scent travels into my house when I open my kitchen window. I’m worried the hotter weather coming will make the smell worse. It’s been there for weeks and no one had come to put it on on trash day (Thursdays)
