- Surface of Washington street and adjacent streets next to 4162 Washington street are a mess. POOR Paving work. By law - the contractors should be held accountable. See your own .gov pages for the statutes. Vehicular and bike/bus lane markers are destroyed. Tar Patch work is unmatched in height / quality. We pay taxes to pay people to enforce code. Please do so. Hold the contractors responsible. It should not be on our do. Fine them and demand they return to do it correctly or fine them again, and again….
