- They do it every week and it’s exhausting. I and several of my neighbors need these ramps to exist up here, but they’re pointless if we can only use them 5/7 days a week. I had an EEG today, and getting to and from was hard enough but people blocking the ramps — especially with garbage — made it even harder. Once again, the trash is from the people in #s 3, 5, and 6 Mount Pleasant Terrace, and they block the ramps every Monday and Thursday. All day. If you guys have quotas, stake them out, the city will make a killing 🙄
