Description: My neighbor's dogs upstairs are dropping things toys bones on the floor above my unit. I need this resolved because they are making me health worse. I have anxiety and panic attacks. This situation not being resolved has made me have a new diagnosis of a startle response that I have been diagnosed with. The animals are left to drop hard objects and I am told to record but don't know when they will drop them. I need someone to get untouched and let them noise they are violating the city ordinance of quiet enjoyment. If the lived in my position they would understand this is not ok. This needs emergency attention. I have complained for months and Animal Control came by but nothing has been done. It is time for action because the property notified them I complained and they still don't care. Bruce Irving wrote a letter to the court under pains and penalties of perjury and is still letting his 2 ogs do this above my unit. I have lived here before they moved in an they are making my life hell with this noise.
