Description: Light interference to my master bedroom from neighbors. This has been an ongoing problem- reported multiple times. 311 has been contacted as recently as April 9/10 2026 reported back as “resolved”. - not resolved. I have also communicated directly, several times with Stephen Buckley lead administrator of the North End Rehabilitation Center. We are not asking for the light to be shut off, disconnected or moved. There are alternative methods to redirect the light so it’s not aiming directly into neighboring residences & their bedrooms. It’s been suggested that it’s a safety/security feature which - I guess, maybe, that’s true but seems questionable given it’s the rooftop.
