- Neighbors constantly leave food out for birds and squirrels, which has lead to rats everywhere since they moved in. I see them in our yards CONSTANTLY. My landlord has sent an exterminator to change the traps multiple times. They’ve removed several dead rats from my yard, but it’s never going to get better when people are actively leaving food out for them.
