Description
Mattress was not picked up - policy for the city handling its own mistake is wildly inadequate. I reported a missed pickup and was told it would be picked up later that evening. I went out of town and reported that it had not been picked up as soon as I returned to find that it was still present. I shouldn’t have to report a missed pickup at all - the city should be aware when it fails to do what it has said it will do. When I reached out about this, I was told I need to report the missed pickup within 24 hours. 1. I was out of town and 2. I shouldn’t have to deal with the city’s failure to do its job property. Once I scheduled the pickup and put the mattress out, my part of the job was done, and it’s on the city to do their part correctly.
