The constituent states this is an ongoing issue, they have informed BPD and the establishment and there are drills and other items causing noise disturbances. The constituent also states the individuals responsible are often partying with chairs present and alcohol is sometimes present and the individuals are dumping oil and debris in the trash of another establishment (Dunkin Donuts).
