Description: Has the city considered shutting down streets to all private vehicles during special events? I'm on the 66, a high frequency line, and it's taken 20 minutes to move the equivalent of maybe 5 blocks over the bridge, because the road is clogged with so many private vehicles attending a festival. We've been trapped in the middle of an intersection for 5 minutes alone.
