- Lot is filthy and MassDOT absolutely is NOT doing their job in maintaining it. The citations aren’t working. Can you please escalate this? If I clean it, I want payment for my time and energy in doing so. Imagine a 13% increase in property taxes to see this trashy lot every time I head home. Outrageous!
