- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states that there is an illegal car detail shop at the given address. Constituent claims they are causing a lot of traffic, have many things on the road/sidewalk, they are sometimes blocking their own driveway, and lounge chairs have been placed on their property before for “customers”.
