Description
Contractor must be painting or doing something in the apartment with HIGH VOC paint & chemicals. They smell like nail polish remover, from the photograph you can see they put a vent pipe in the window now attemp to capture the paint dust. I've had to leave my apartment. Please investigate. Pass onto ISD
