Resolved. After following up on a complaint at Heidi's House of Coffee (350 Longwood Ave.) of a guest who stated they had observed mice/cockroaches in the display case my findings were as follows: I met with the manager on duty and made her aware of the situation. I checked the display case and did not observe any rodent/insect activity. I then conducted a full sanitary inspection where I cited 2Core Violations with a re-inspection scheduled for 5/27/2026. I did observe several dead roaches under the counter and 3 bay sink. I then requested copies of there most recent pest control report which will be provided at the time of the re-inspection.
