Description
During thunderstorms, the S. Huntington and Bynner St. retaining walls next to MSPCA Angell heavily leak and overflow. In 2023, it caused major flooding to residents at 339 and 343 South Huntington. The city did some work on the grates and sidewalks, but the major flow of water from Angell MSPCA's property continue, including today during the thunderstorm. Please send an inspector to work with Angell on addressing it, as the damage to resident property was significant. Thank you.
