Description: Hello, a constituent made a complaint, through one of our concierge volunteers on the 3rd floor, about the poor customer service he said he had received at the Permit Office on 5/21/26 around 10:00am. He said he received "horrible treatment" from the "African American woman" in Room 719. He said he wanted "this poor behavior corrected".
