- Report #101006645417. I would like to thank the PWD for the quick response in replacing the downed sign. Based on the number of reports for similar issues, the expected time to respond was one to two weeks. Repair was done in 4 days. I would also like to thank my two neighbors who also reported the downed sign three days after I submitted the initial report. Thanks to the 311 call center personnel, too.
