- Growing community of unhoused individuals on the Boston Esplanade. I am not referring to the MBTA property under the Longfellow Bridge. These are additional campsites that are all springing up & increasing in number near the Dartmouth Street overpass to the Esplanade. ( Adjacent to OTIS GROVE) Please bring staff who can support moving these individuals into non-public spaces.
