- Just called 311 to get a liaison involved. None of my submissions for 3 months have been addressed. The same cars are parked over NO STOPPING painted zones that used to have poles for pedestrian visibility at the crosswalk with no stop sign. They use it all day as personal parking spots - not just at night.
