- Contractors were throwing plywood, lumber, etc. off the roof three stories down into a dumpster. Shouldn’t they be using a chute? I’m sure they are accurate throwers, but I’m concerned that they may do damage to a car or hurt a pedestrian if they miss. This is at 55 Lexington street in East Boston between Marion and Meridian streets. Was happening at 6:30pm. I don’t think they have an after hours construction permit. I have video recording of violation but can’t upload via 311.
