If an item is not collected by 6pm on its designated collection day, please call Boston 311 (617-635-4500) to report it as missed and to ensure a timely response. All reports of missed collections must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup. Unfortuantely, Public Works will not return to collect yard waste until your next scheduled yard waste collection day.
