Description: Dear Boston 311, I know that you guys said that Animal Control is taking care of the situation with Bruce Irving and his two dogs. The noise is still ongoing and since he has received notice about two dogs not being registered they are louder and my property is trying to constructively evict me by using his dogs and them dropping these hard bones and toys above my unit to make me leave. I am asking for the police to come over and make him stop since Animal Control has given him notice of his dogs being unregistered and he is still not understanding he is violating the noise ordinance. I am so sorty to keep bothering you but my nervous system is taking a very bad hit with how loud his dogs are with the items they are dropping.
