Description: The Chinatown, Leather District, and Financial District area are being stalked by noisy cars and mopeds/motorbikes/motorcycles with extremely noisy mufflers, or without mufflers at all. These vehicles prowl the streets endlessly and at times drive extremely fast. Sometimes, they park and idle and rev their engines. 911 has been called several times. I have read in the paper this is an issue throughout the city. It does not appear anything is being done. It is a nuisance and a quality of life issue for many people. These incidents occur usually at night, throughout the night and late into the morning. Please help!
