- I am writing to report ongoing smoking and drug use in Franklin Square Park, located at 1530 Washington Street. Despite the 'No Smoking' signs and the warning of a $250 fine, people are frequently smoking and using substances openly, causing a disturbance to other park visitors. I have attached a video as evidence. Please take necessary action to address this issue.
